5. Orders and Payment

payment cannot be processed;

fraudulent activity is suspected;

a pricing error has occurred; or

exceptional circumstances make fulfilment impossible.

6. Payment Plans

Where payment plans are offered:

you agree to make all scheduled payments;

missed payments may result in suspension of course access;

certificates may be withheld until all payments have been completed;

outstanding balances remain payable even if you stop participating unless required otherwise by law.

7. Digital Content

Many of our products are supplied as digital content.

Where immediate access is provided after purchase, you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that your statutory right to cancel may end once digital content has begun to be supplied, to the extent permitted by applicable consumer law.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights regarding faulty or misdescribed digital content.

8. Cancellation and Refunds

Refund eligibility is determined by the specific programme purchased and any published refund policy displayed at the point of sale.

Where UK consumer legislation provides cancellation rights, those rights will apply.

Refunds will not normally be available simply because a participant changes their mind after receiving access to digital course materials where cancellation rights have been lawfully waived.

9. Live Training and Events

We reserve the right to:

change speakers;

alter schedules;

substitute venues;

deliver training online where necessary; or

cancel an event where circumstances beyond our reasonable control prevent delivery.

If we cancel an event, affected participants will be offered an appropriate alternative, transfer or refund where applicable.

10. Student Responsibilities

Participants agree to:

behave respectfully;

avoid disruptive or abusive behaviour;

comply with reasonable instructions;

complete required coursework where certification is offered.

We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behaviour seriously disrupts training or places others at risk.

11. Certification

Where certification is offered, successful completion depends upon meeting the published assessment requirements.

Purchasing a course does not automatically guarantee certification.

12. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all course materials, videos, recordings, manuals, downloads, graphics, logos and website content remain our intellectual property or that of our licensors.

You may use materials solely for your personal learning.

You may not:

reproduce;

copy;

resell;

distribute;

publish;

modify; or

commercially exploit our materials without our prior written permission.

Where login credentials are issued:

you are responsible for maintaining their confidentiality;
